Century Financial receives ‘Great Place to Work’ certificate

Great Place to Work helps organisations assess their company culture and produce better business results by creating a high-trust work experience for all employees

Century Financial is the first finance and investment services firm to receive this certification

UAE-based Century Financial has been certified as a Great Place to Work in the country following a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work, the global authority for workplace culture in the Middle East.

Dr. Michael Burchell, the CEO of Great Place to Work Middle East, said, “A great place to work is one in which you trust the people you work for, have pride in what you do and ENJOY the people you work with.”

Century Financial is the first finance and investment services firm to receive this certification. The finance and investment firm operates in a high-pressure global markets investment services industry, wherein it involves monitoring the volatile markets and managing investors on a day to day basis.

Century Financial stated that the certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.

Bal Krishen, the Chairman of Century Financial, said that Century Financial continuously strive to create best services and policies that provide a supportive and healthy working environment for everyone.

The company’s offices boast of the Zen room, mini golf, boot camp and escape room.
