du recalls prepaid cards

We would like to inform that in a few cases our Pay as you Go (prepaid) customers may experience difficulty in reading the 15 digit top up code which appears after scratching the back of the recharge card.   We have identified an issue with the quality of printing on some cards, most of which have now been withdrawn from stores around the UAE and replaced with fresh stocks.  However some customers may have already purchased in the past few days and may have the cards ready for topping up their mobile.
