Update: CBB gives notice on board meetings

A notice posted on the website of the Bahrain Stock Exchange, by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) has warned a number of companies, including Investcorp and Gulf Monetary Group that they need to disclose the date of their board of directors meeting which are “set to discuss the financials of the company in respect to the concerned quarter, five days prior to the end of each quarter.” The notice says that the companies shares will be suspended if they do not meet the requirement on time.
