Asia sees $22 billion of real estate investment by opportunistic real estate funds says report
Robust economic growth in emerging markets and the fallout from the credit crunch have generated a surge in the number of small-cap opportunistic private real estate funds seeking investment capital around the world, new research from New York-based fund of funds manager Clerestory Capital Partners shows.
