Even-Stephens on Middle Eastern bourses on Sunday

Dubai caused some surprise as the DFM fell three-quarters of 1 per cent to end the first day’s trading of the week at 5643.44. Takaful companies led the drop with Salama falling 3.66 per cent to AED3.42, followed by Aman which went down by 2.44 per cent to AED 36. Fallers led gainers by 13 to seven.
