Moody's issues annual sovereign report on Qatar

Moody’s has issued a new sovereign credit report that says Qatar's Aa2 foreign and local currency government bond ratings, with a stable outlook, reflect the country's very high level of prosperity and robust public finances, which continue to strengthen as hydrocarbon export receipts are accumulated.
