DPX launches discount/premium indices on closed-end funds
DPX Index, the Swiss-based provider of global closed-end fund (CEF) research, will launch the worldwide first index family on the discount/premium level of CEF’s. The family consists of the DPX Composite as well as various geographic and sector indices. The DPX Composite is a global umbrella index designed to track the average discount or premium of a basket of 30 publicly listed CEF’s. Also launched will be the DPX Private Equity, tracking 10 CEF’s worldwide that invest in listed private equity.
