A competitive market landscape has perpetuated flat commercial insurance prices during the fourth quarter of 2009, according to Towers Watson. After nearly five years of steady price decreases, findings from Towers Watson’s most recent Commercial Lines Insurance Pricing Survey (CLIPS) also reveal little or virtually no price increases throughout 2009.
