Brian Moynihan takes over from Ken Lewis as BoA’s boss

Brian Moynihan is taking over the reins of Bank of America from Ken Lewis as Chief Executive Officer and President. He will assume the office and join the Board of Directors following Ken’s retirement on 31 December 2009.
