APICORP completes Shari'ah-compliant facility in Algeria

The Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (APICORP), a multilateral development bank established in 1975 by the 10 member states of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries, announced the completion of a Shari’ah-compliant financing facility for Oil Recovery Services SAL (ORS Sal), whose operations are based in Algeria. The financing was arranged in conjunction with Paris-based oil and gas private equity firm 4D Global Energy Advisors (4D GEA).
