GCC and EFTA sign FTA
The GCC Secretary-General Abdul Rahman Al-Attiyah and Sheikh Ghazi Bin Said Al-Bahar Al-Rawas from Oman, which heads the Council of Ministers of the GCC, has signed a free trade agreement with the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) in the city of Hammer, Norway. The EFTA comprises Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Ministerial Conference of the EFTA countries held on the same day.
