INVESTBANK Chairman announces private placement results
Aimed at increasing its capital to reach JOD 100 million ($141.3 million), INVESTBANK recently offered 14,750,000 shares in a private placement to its current shareholders with each share valued at JOD 1, by which 95 per cent of the shares were covered.
