David Proctor no longer CEO at Al Khaliji

Qatar-based Al Khalij Commercial Bank has announced in a statement posted on the Doha Securities Market website that David Proctor, who was Chief Executive at the bank, has been appointed as “Special Advisor” to the Chairman and Managing Director of Al Khalij Commercial Bank. No reason was given for the move.
