Dubai Bank launches customer consultant award

Launching what it called its latest initiative to drive excellence in customer service and reward its customers, Dubai Bank has announced its first Customer Consultant Award. The bank said that the monthly award, developed by the Marketing and Business Excellence Division, recognises and rewards customers for the feedback they provide.
