Global Real Estate fund in Vietnam deal
Global Investment House said that the Global Asia Real Estate Fund, an Asia focused real estate investment fund managed by Global has acquired a 17 per cent stake in RC Real Estate Development and Finance Corporation (Refico) in Vietnam which will be disbursed in tranches.
