Kuwait International Bank (KIB) swaps out Warba Insurance stake

In a statement to the Kuwait Stock Exchange KIB has revealed plans to swap its 8.56 per cent stake in Warba Insurance for the latter firm’s 33.6 per cent stake in Ritaj Takaful Insurance.
