Norton Rose advises Emaar Properties, Emaar Turkey on $500 million financing
The Dubai office of international legal practice Norton Rose has advised Emaar Properties PJSC and Emaar Libadiye Gayrimenkul Geliştirme A.Ş. (Emaar Turkey) in relation to a $500 million syndicated loan facility for the financing of the construction of Emaar Square - a $2 billion mixed use residential and commercial development in the Űskűdar district in Istanbul, Turkey.
