Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) has introduced a new awards system to encourage and reward outstanding employee performance. The bank's new "Performance Excellence Award" programme has been designed to deliver new levels of professional excellence, customer service, employee satisfaction and process quality across the bank and its subsidiaries.
