Ratings On Ghana not immediately affected by opposition court challenge

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services (S&P) said that its ratings and outlook on the Republic of Ghana (B/Stable/B) remain unaffected following statements that the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) will continue to pursue a legal challenge to the results of the December 2012 presidential elections, and will continue to boycott parliamentary proceedings.
