Khatif Holding acquires 50 per cent stake in Arwa Gulf Food
Khatif Holding Co., the Kuwait-based acquisition and venture capital company, has moved into a new sector, the food industry, with its latest acquisition, taking a 50 per cent stake in Arwa Gulf Food Co. the main distributor of LaVazza coffee in Kuwait, the number one coffee brand in Europe.
