Barclays loses two more top executives

Barclays' Group Finance Director Chris Lucas and Group General Counsel Mark Harding are to retire from Barclays. The bank announced the news saying that the two men have agreed to remain in their roles until their successors have been appointed and an appropriate handover completed.
