Clifford Chance advises Nakheel on third tranche of trade creditor Sukuk
Clifford Chance has advised Nakheel in relation to its issuance of AED 120.9 million, 10 per cent tap certificates due 2016 to its trade creditors under its AED 8.5 billion Sukuk programme.
