Dubai inks new law for SME fund

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and ruler of Dubai, has issued a law establishing the Mohammed bin Rashid Fund to support Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises.
