Standard Chartered's $327 million final settlement with US authorities

Standard Chartered has reached final settlements with the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the Department of Justice and the New York County District Attorney’s Office over Iran sanctions compliance. Among the conditions is payment of a cash amount of $327 million, which will be paid in the second half of 2012.
