US, UK regulators prep joint plan to address failing banks

The US Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Bank of England have released a joint paper detailing proposals to address the issues raised by globally active, systemically important financial institutions (G-SIFI) – banks that are ‘too big to fail’.
