UK court sanctions Global's Scheme of Arrangement
Global Investment House has announced that the High Court of Justice of England and Wales sanctioned the "Scheme" at the sanction hearing held today. Following the lodgment of order (also today) with the Registrar of Companies of England and Wales and the "Scheme" is now effective thereby paving the way for implementation of the Restructuring Transaction.
