Dubai 34th in the world for infrastructure

Dubai continues its rise on Mercer’s list, ranking 73rd for ‘Quality of Living’ and 34th in the world for ‘City Infrastructure’. Abu Dhabi ranks 78th and 72nd respectively, putting both cities well above and beyond cities across the Middle East and Africa.
