Tamweel Tower partially gutted by fire, no casualties

A fire which began in the early hours of 18 November has gutted parts of Tamweel Tower, a 34-storey mixed use building in Cluster U in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers area of Dubai. Residents were evacuated and there are no reports of casualties. Residents of Al Seef towers (in the same cluster) were also evacuated but these towers appear to have escaped damage.
