Global Investment House makes third bond issue in four years
Global Investment House’s bond issue is divided into four tranches, two KWD-dominated and two $-dominated, with interest paid on a semi-annual basis. The first tranche in KWD has a fixed coupon of 7% and the second a floating rate of 1.5% above six months KIBOR. The third and forth tranches ($-dominated), carry a fixed rate of 5% and a floating rate of 1.5% above six months Libor.
