Only 50 per cent of works sold at Bonhams’ auction

Auction house Bonhams’ second art auction in Dubai on 24 November only sold 50 per cent of its works, and raised just $2.8 million, compared to the presale estimate of $12 million, as the global financial crisis continued to hit the Gulf region.
