Bahri, Saudi Aramco deal merges Vela, Bahri fleets to create shipping giant
The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri), the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) and Vela International Marine (Vela), a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, have executed definitive and legally binding agreements to merge the fleet and operations of Vela and Bahri.
