Bank Negara Malaysia issues Shari'ah Standard on Mudarabah
Bank Negara Malaysia has issued a Shari'ah Standard on Mudarabah to all Islamic financial institutions under its purview. The issuance of the Shari'ah Standard on Mudarabah marks an important milestone and is part of the Malaysian central bank’s continuous efforts to enhance the Shari'ah and regulatory framework in Malaysia. The standard would serve as guidelines for the Islamic financial institutions in developing Islamic financial products and services based on Mudarabah.
