CFO Strategies Forum celebrates region's top CFOs

The 6th Annual CFO Strategies Forum Middle East saw Gourang Hemani, CFO at Qatar Islamic Bank and Hafidh Al Harthy, the CFO and Acting CEO at Qalhat LNG scoop the Revolutionary CFO of the Year award for their exemplary contributions to finance. The former noted the value of Qatar Islamic Bank’s finance transformation programme – which is leveraging its strong domestic franchise and currently has an “issuance of $750 million Five-Year Sukuk at a profit rate of 2.5 per cent – the lowest ever achieved by a MENA financial institution."
