ABC in dual tranche facility for African bank

Arab Banking Corporation, Commerzbank, HSBC and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, London Branch have successfully closed the syndication of a $65 million and €31 million dual tranche syndicated term loan facility for Cairo-headquartered African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank). The bamks were the mandated lead arrangers” and bookrunners on the transaction.
