National Commercial Bank (NCB) launches Alahli Mobile for smart phones

National Commercial Bank claims its Alahli Mobile is the first mobile banking service in Saudi Arabia that will allow cash withdrawals from ATMs without the use of an ATM card, instead using smart devices.
