Egypt's EFG Hermes to hold new EGM 'very soon'

Following a call from the Egyptain Financial Services Authority, EFG Hermes, said it would hold an extraordinary general meeting ‘very soon’ to provide more information about its proposed joint venture with Qatar’s QInvest and also reconfirm shareholder approval for the deal.
