Jordan Dubai Capital acquired by HPF Private Investment Fund Hong Kong
Hong Kong-based HPF Private Investment Fund Company (HPF) has bought 100 per cent of Amman-based investment company Jordan Dubai Capital (JD Capital)’s share capital at JOD 0.90 per share for an aggregate consideration of JOD 92 million.
