Bahrain issues $1.5 Billion 6.125 per cent Notes due 2022

On 1 July 2012 Bahrain successfully priced a $1.5 billion 10-year Reg S/144A bond offering due 5 July 2022. The offering was priced at a re-offer yield of 6.143 per cent, reflecting a spread of 437.5 basis points over the US 10-year mid-swap rate. A total of 350 investors participated in the transaction, with an order book of $6.3 billion.
