QIMC acquires Amwal’s stake in Gulf Formaldehyde

Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company (QIMC) is increasing its stake in Gulf Formaldehyde Company (GFC), Qatar, by acquiring the five per cent share held by Amwal, taking its investment in the business to 20 per cent.
