Moody's upgrades JAFZ's ratings to B1; positive outlook

Moody's Investors Service has upgraded to B1 from B2 the corporate family rating (CFR) and probability of default rating (PDR) of Jebel Ali Free Zone FZE ("JAFZ") and assigned a definitive B1 rating to the US dollar-denominated trust certificates (sukuk) issued by JAFZ Sukuk (2019) Limited ("JSL"). The outlook on all the ratings is positive. This concludes the review for upgrade initiated by Moody's on 4 June 2012.
