UK, Russia, US top big spenders in the UAE
Latest research from Visa reveals that the United Kingdom retained its position as the biggest spender in the UAE, closely followed by Russia and the United States. Visa account holders from these three countries alone spent a total of $1.2 billion on Visa debit and credit cards during 2011 - almost a third (29.7 per cent) of total tourism spend in the UAE.
