Qatari-led real estate project in Washington DC announces anchor tenant

Global law firm, Covington & Burling LLP is to be the anchor office tenant of CityCenterDC, a landmark, mixed-use development in downtown Washington, D.C. With this deal 80 per cent of the development’s office space has been pre-leased.
