QFCRA Enforcement Action upheld by the QFC Regulatory Tribunal
Disciplinary actions taken by the QFC Regulatory Authority against Seifeldin Abdelkareem and Kashif Chaudhry have been upheld by the QFC Regulatory Tribunal. These appeals were the first to be heard by the Tribunal.
