Gulf Holding Company sets up First Education Group
Qatar-based Gulf Holding Company said that it is setting up First Education Group with capital of QR 100 million ($27.4 million) by acquiring 500,000 shares with a value of QR 5 million ($1.3 million). To that effect, Gulf Holding said it has appointed a board member as a representative for First Education Group board membership.
