Shuaa Saudi Hospitality Fund attracts $240 million at first closing

Shuaa Capital Saudi Arabia said it has had a successful first closing of its Shuaa Saudi Hospitality Fund I, a Shari’ah compliant closed-end fund which aims to develop and own 17 hotel properties, furnished apartments, and resorts across the Saudi Arabia amounting to something like 5,000 rooms.
