KKR brings it private equity arm back into the fold
KKR Private Equity Investors and KKR & Co have entered into an agreement providing for the acquisition of all of the assets, and assumption of all of the liabilities, of KPE by KKR. In conjunction with this transaction, KKR will list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
