Report says that performance of EMEA CMBS increasingly affected by adverse market conditions

Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) and multi-family transactions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) are becoming increasingly affected by the continued financial market turmoil and the worsening conditions in some countries' real estate markets, Moody's says in a new special report that covers the performance of EMEA CMBS and multi-family transactions up to the end of the second quarter 2008.
