Shamil Bank restructures

Bahrain-based Shamil Bank, an Islamic commercial and investment bank and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ithmaar Bank, said it has undergone a corporate restructuring in line with what it calls its “long term strategic objectives,” without saying exactly whay they were, in a statement issued on the website of the Bahrain Stock Exchange.
