First Leasing Bank signs $13.5 million agreement with Konstruktor Engineering Qatar

Bahrain-based First Leasing Bank, the first bank in the GCC specialising in equipment leasing, said it has signed a $13.5 million agreement to lease construction and transportation equipment to Konstruktor Engineering Qatar.
