Outlook Stable for GCC/Middle East Banks; risks remain, says Fitch

Fitch Ratings says the outlook for Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)/Middle East banks is generally stable for 2012. Almost all the region's banks' Issuer Default Ratings (IDR) are on Stable Outlook, as a result of the probability of sovereign support.
